We are proud to announce the expansion of our executive leadership team with the promotion of seven colleagues to senior vice president – Susan Adomite, Bill Davis, Ed Hoffman, Hari Madamalla, Santhosh Nair, Patrick Schwierking, and Kevin Sheen.
The announcement comes just days after Tom Hogan assumed the role of Perficient’s Chief Executive Officer on Oct. 1, 2023.

Susan Adomite
Senior Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer
Susan is responsible for the accounting and reporting functions at Perficient. She joined the company in 2018 after serving as vice president of accounting and controller at Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc., and in senior finance positions at Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation, Argosy Gaming Company, and Arthur Andersen LLP. Susan holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
Bill Davis
Senior Vice President, Marketing & Alliances
As senior vice president of marketing and alliances, Bill Davis is responsible for Perficient’s global marketing and communications functions. Bill has led marketing at Perficient since 2003, in a period of intense growth. Bill holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri. He is a member of the board of directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of St. Louis and serves as Executive Sponsor of Perficient’s Giving ERG.
Ed Hoffman
Senior Vice President, North America Operations
With more than 18 years with Perficient and more than 20 years’ experience in the digital agency and IT consulting, Ed Hoffman leads Perficient’s North America business unit operations. He works closely with all Perficient teams to build true end-to-end capabilities – from mapping the customer journey and online engagement to defining and executing on the data, platforms, system integration, and strategy that it takes to deliver world-class customer experiences. He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Hari Madamalla
Senior Vice President, Industry and Technology Business Units Operations
Hari Madamalla has more than 16 years of experience in the IT industry. He provides leadership to Perficient’s Industry business unit and Technology business unit operations and experts. Prior to Perficient, Hari served as chairman and chief executive at Insolexen, a business process integration services company that, in two years, grew from a startup to $13 million in annual sales. Hari’s broad range of IT services experience includes sales execution, project delivery and technical consulting. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Andhra University, India.
Santhosh Nair
Senior Vice President, Technology Business Unit Operations
Santhosh Nair leads Perficient’s technology business unit operations and experts. With nearly 22 years of consulting experience, he has helped clients implement solutions to drive value with their technology investments. Prior to Perficient, Santhosh was co-founder of Kerdock Consulting, a regional systems integrator that was acquired by Perficient. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Houston and serves as Executive Sponsor of Perficient’s Growth For Everyone initiative and Perficient’s Generative AI Innovation Group.
Patrick Schwierking
Senior Vice President, Sales & Strategy
Patrick Schwierking has more than 20 years of experience at digital consultancies like Perficient, where he leads the overall sales strategy and client services teams. His focus is on building the company’s sales organization and structure to increase the value we provide to our clients and to drive organic growth for the company. Since joining Perficient via acquisition in 2004, Patrick has held several roles including business development executive, territory sales director, regional sales director, and executive covering Perficient’s eastern U.S. and financial services industry operations. Patrick attended the University of Toledo.
Kevin Sheen
Senior Vice President, Latin America and Asia Operations
With a career in the IT consulting industry that spans nearly 30 years – over half of that with Perficient – Kevin Sheen has played nearly every role in software development across a wide range of consulting companies. At Perficient, Kevin provides leadership to Perficient’s Latin America and Asia operations, including overseeing global delivery strategy, product development, Agile methodology, and customer engagement quality. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technical University in Southfield, Michigan, and has multiple professional-level certifications.
In addition to naming seven Senior Vice Presidents, we also are proud to announce the promotion of Prakash Chembai from Area Vice President to Vice President of India Operations, and Erin Moloney from General Manager of the Dallas region to Area Vice President.
