An organization that is strong and engaged understands its employees, customers, and partners. That said, a strong organization also creates and fosters a culture where employees feel valued, heard, and appreciated for their contributions. Given this, we’re honored to be recognized once again for our commitment to cultivating an award-winning culture here at Perficient. The St. Louis Business Journal has recently recognized Perficient as a 2023 Best Places to Work finalist! We’re also proud to announce that it is our own employees who awarded us this recognition.

How We Became a Finalist

Over 170 St. Louis area organizations submitted a nomination to be considered for the Business Journal’s Best Places to Work program. Earlier in the year, our St. Louis area colleagues received an invitation to participate in an anonymous survey to provide their honest feedback about Perficient. This survey measures key areas that make up an organization’s culture. Topics such as compensation, employee engagement, benefits, and more were collected in this survey. Once surveys were collected, they were then rigorously scored by Quantum Workplaces, a third-party survey administrator to determine finalists.

The glowing responses from our employees allowed us to become a 2023 St. Louis Best Places to Work finalist. Of the over 170 organizations that submitted a nomination, 68 finalists have been named. Perficient has been placed in the “big” category along with 16 other organizations, based on our total number of employees.

A Glimpse into the Award-Winning Team

Working directly out of our global headquarters, our St. Louis team is a strong and mighty group. If there’s one thing about this group to know, it’s that they love to get involved wherever they can. From packing food items at the St. Louis area food bank to help fight food insecurity, keeping our adopt-a-highway clean, to spreading holiday cheer at Light up Glennon, this group is ready to roll up its sleeves. The group has also been known to catch a sports game after work – thanks to our continued partnerships with the Cardinals and Blues! Regardless of what they’re up to, they’re always having a blast while doing it together.
