Since 2008, Perficient has delivered multiple infrastructure platforming, commerce, and management consulting projects for this multinational corporation. In early 2021, our Life Sciences experts presented a Clinical Data Review Platform (CDRP) that demonstrated our strong industry perspective and expertise. Heavily influenced by AWS products, such as Databricks and Glue, our platform enables humans assisted with machine intelligence to enhance the data cleaning, reviewing, and analyzing process, and provide an accurate picture of study status and what is needed to achieve a milestone. These services simplify provisioning and managing infrastructure, deploying application code, automating software release processes, and monitoring your application and infrastructure performance.

SCOPE AND SUCCESS OF THE ENGAGEMENT             

Our custom-built clinical data review and cleaning environment will provide an accurate, real-time view of clinical studies that allows the enterprise to holistically monitor progress and drive critical decision making. It will provide:

A frictionless, consistent UI design for a seamless user experience across platforms
Cloud-based platforming leveraging Databricks on AWS and smart integrations to ingest data from key sources
A central source of truth for clinical data review and discrepancy management
An improved data review and visualization environment merging Databricks, Spotfire, and Appian into a single custom web UI to equip users with intuitive clinical data review and collaboration capabilities
AI and machine learning to detect anomalies in clinical data and, in future iterations, alert data managers and medical reviewers to problematic trends
Training plans and materials for pilot and business releases to support users in key persona groups
Ongoing change strategy and coaching to assist the client change management team Services revenue is approximately $10M. This 30-week engagement will build a foundation for anticipated future expansions that will potentially double this revenue.
