How did we win?

Every year, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and employment research firm Energage come together to determine the top workplaces in metro Atlanta. The award recognizes leading companies in both regional and national programs across North America and recognizes the most progressive companies based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage. The survey gathers responses to 24 factors covering seven areas, including organizational health factors relating to workplace culture. Through this method, this recognition is based solely on feedback gathered directly frommemployees, ensuring the results are as accurate as possible. Perficient is 1 of only 175 companies in Atlanta to be recognized on our commitment to our employees.
